McAirlaid’s Extends Production Site with TGW12/10/2009
The German company McAirlaid’s Vliesstoffe GmbH & Co. KG will be installing a new pallet high bay warehouse at its production site in Berlingerode, Germany. TGW Systems Integration will be acting as general contractor for this project.
McAirlaid's is a private airlaid producer specialised in absorbent materials for hygiene products, medical applications as well as food packaging. The company is now extending its Berlingerode site by a new pallet high bay warehouse.
The core element of the installation is a 4-aisle pallet high bay warehouse including TGW pallet conveyor equipment. Besides, TGW Systems Integration's scope of supply as general contractor comprises an extensive AGV system, material flow control and steelwork for the rack-supported building. Go-live of the high bay warehouse is scheduled for November 2010.
